Saturday, August 15, 1:30-2:30
Soulful Dialogues Circle
Are you interested in spirituality, forgiveness, NDE's, (Near Death Experiences) or OBE's (out of body experiences), energy work and other metaphysical topics? Have you had an experience in any of these areas that leads you to believe there is much more beyond the physical world and would like to share that experience? Maybe you have unanswered questions in one or more of these areas.
Join us for a lively discussion on these topics in a safe and welcoming environment. Facilitated by Kathy Morley, author of the book, The Gift: Finding the extraordinary in everyday living. She is a hypnotist, Reiki Master, Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner, meditation and metaphysics teacher. Register HERE after 9/1. This class is free and open to the public. Haverstraw Kings Daughter Library,  Garnerville, NY.

Intro to Working with Pendulums

Haverstraw Kings Daughter Library,  Garnerville, NY.

From stress to calm!
Sunday, June 14, 2-3 p.m. Albert Wisner Library, Warwick, NY

When we have a lot of stress, our bodies produce cortisol and we have difficulty feeling relaxed. We remain in a sympathetic state rather than a relaxed parasympathetic state. Learn how to calm the “fight or flight” syndrome by using specific simple breathing techniques.  When you harness the power of the vagus nerve, the master regulator of our parasympathetic nervous system responsible for commanding and controlling many bodily functions, relaxation occurs.  You can dampen inflammation, decrease pain and build neuroplasticity. Past participants have reported back that they can relax easier and have a more rested sleep.
Join us for an interesting and rewarding session.

Developing your Intuition To Enhance Your Life - Thursday, March 5, 6:30-8 p.m.

We all have psychic abilities that we are born with. Some of us are unaware that we can use these abilities to enrich our lives. In this workshop we will discuss how to become more aware of the energies around us, and how to use them to our advantage, find out if we are gaining or losing energy, learn about the power of intention and have fun participating in "hands on" exercises.   Haverstraw Kings Daughter Library,  Garnerville, NY.

Intro to Meditation - TBA
Living in a state of anxiety and stress, the body can get stuck in "fight or flight" mode, contributing to high blood pressure, stomach issues, weakened immune system and shallow breathing. Meditation can help reduce high blood pressure and restore a sense of calm to many bodily systems.
Come learn a gentle, easy way to quiet the mind and regenerate the body, sitting comfortably in chairs. Classes consist of two sessions; registration signs you up for both. Register HERE after 8/1. This class is free and open to the public.
